In our meditation practice, there is no one right way to create a routine that works for you. Keep your practice simple, and let it grow with you. Most important though is to be gentle with yourself.

This can be a word you meditate on or a quality you wish to cultivate during your moments of quiet, such as compassion, patience, kindness, gratitude, or peace (or any other that appeals to you). Combine your creativity and self-discipline to make your personal program one that brings about a calmer, and more grounded you.
