
If I say, “I should meditate,” it will become just another burden in my life. But, if I approach meditation with an open heart, I leave my meditation practice with an open heart. Even if something happens during the day, where I contract inwards, I come back to my open heart.
Indeed. The routine of meditation can be an obstacle. We can find a meditative state in almost anything we do that is amenable to a calm state of awareness. I get bored with sitting at the same time each day. The mojo flow is very important. I agree!
