Some people believe that the aeons and other characters in the Gnostic creation myth are allegories or archetypes, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that belief.  I, on the other hand, am one of those people who believes that the characters in the Gnostic mythos are real beings. I don’t think they necessarily look like us or anything, but I do feel that they are real….
