every 90 days the sun squares an eclipse lunar or solar point. This creates tension. It’s like a flea bite. We gotta do something about that itch.

Those with planets or angles at 13-17 degrees of all Cardinal signs Aries Cancer Libra and Capricorn will feel this tension the most. 

Squares are like cosmic acupressure points. They are potent spots which may hurt but can also relieve the tension.
