Greetings and Happy Easter, fellow Angel-workers!

This Easter holiday was a rare and unique opportunity for working with Venus energy.  It happened, by chance, to fall on April 1st – and that is the traditional Roman feast day for the Goddess Venus.  The date also fell just after Venus entered one of the two zodiacal signs she rules (Taurus, in this case) and fell just within the Moon’s full-phase.  The convergence of Spring Equinox, Venusian, and Easter symbolism was too perfect to give a pass.

Working with Anael has been a surprising and deeply moving experience.  For most of my occult career, I haven’t paid much attention to her in particular.  My focus upon the Divine Feminine has been directed toward figures such as the Wiccan Goddess, Asherah, the Gnostic Sophia, etc.  I knew that Venus had very intimate connections with the most ancient Goddess figures, such as Inanna, Ishtar…
