I take time throughout the day to experience inner silence and stillness. I can do this by simply focusing on each breath I take.

I take time throughout the day to experience inner silence and stillness. I can do this by simply focusing on each breath I take.

Why are you afraid? Why do you panic?
Eagerly and with purpose, your soul plunged downward to live in an earthly realm,
to enwrap herself in a body of flesh and blood.
What emboldened her? What drew her to squeeze her unbounded light
into the straitjacket of time and space?
It was neither fear, nor dread, nor panic.
It was the knowledge that here below
is a beauty the highest of angels cannot touch.
Care for yourself, for your family, for your fellow human beings and our lovely planet earth,
not out of fear, nor from distress,
but out of love and awe
for the beauty within
that we came to uncover.
— Based on letters and talks of the Rebbe, Rabbi M. M. Schneerson
In this present moment resides peace, love, and joy.

Your deepest longings are signals from your True Nature. The force of evolution in the universe supports whatever is true within your Being.
#AVoiceAsOldAsTime
“I fly, I soar, released from the past, unbound from the future. Earth and sky meet me in this everlasting moment. I am here now.”

Many will remember and quote my teachings in texts, scrolls, stone tablets, keys of knowledge, or encoded genetic memories to be found at the end of each cycle.
I have entrusted my original teachings to those who were my priests and priestesses who must one day restore this knowledge in full definition.
At that time they shall incarnate as the teachers and healers of their timelines.
These readings shall be found at the end of a cycle which transcends time and space.
And they shall remember.
And I shall help and guide them.
If you have come to this place you have come to the temple that will take you to twelve pyramids of light.
I am here to tell you a story of 12 pyramids that came through that which you call the void to enter this world and create a physical reality in which souls can experience.
At the time of my writing these 12 pyramids stood on the physical planet placed there by design.
Though each pyramid may appear to the human eye to look like the others … remember that each one is unique in frequency and purpose.
Within each of the 12 pyramids were 3 entities for a total of 36 creational forces.
And these 36 forces set down upon the Earth life forms of different shapes and designs.
They used energies of light and the tones of crystals to create.
When the 36 were complete they left the surface of the planet in their pyramids and remained outside of the physical planet where they created a grid system which linked together all things on and off the planet.
This was in the form of a matrix, web. At that time, I, Thoth, who would be a scribe and teacher within the matrix, came to this place and wrote this book for you to find at this time.
Within the book are your keys.
A great pyramid was built by my design on the surface of the planet.
It would be a duplicate of that which is above and would link to it.
And I would come through this pyramid many times in many forms, to guide and teach the souls who would come to this place.
Your coming here has unlocked the door for those who were the priests and priestesses of a time once entered in the story of humanity.
We shall now journey to the first of 12 pyramids that waits beyond this reality, yet holds its creation in place.

In this density we all have the same lessons to learn, but we’ll have different life experiences doing it. It’s what makes us unique from one another, but very much the same.
These experiences were carefully thought out by ourselves before coming into this body. To trigger an awakening, an remembrance of who we are, and why we have chosen to be here, at this point in Earth’s history.
We need to constantly remind ourselves that we are not stuck here. That we are exactly where we need to be, to move forward from.
And that if there are any seemingly dead-ends in where we’re going, it’s really so we have a spot in our lives to take pause, and recalibrate things and move on from there.
And even though we go through things that work out in magnificent ways, we shouldn’t be too surprised that it turned out just the way we planned it be eons ago.

A meditation for the New Moon in Capricorn
Let’s close our eyes and feel our breath. Let’s feel the way our inhale creates reactions in our bodies. Let’s feel the way our exhale creates reactions in our bodies. Let’s enter the space between our spiritual selves and our physical selves. Let’s enter the present moment. The present moment is the space between what happened and what happens next.
Imagine before you a mountain made of stone. The weather of time has smoothed the rocks. The sun dances gleefully over the crevices of stone sticking out. Begin to climb the mountain. Feel the strain of the ascension. Fear is there to ask you to sit down. Do not sit down. Continue the climb. Feel the wind brush against your face encouraging you to breathe and become one with it. You reach the top of the mountain. The Sun is playing on your shoulders. As you look out, you see the world. You see each and every cycle of life as it changes. Think about how the mountain is a witness to this. The mountain is wise as it listens to Mother Earth change. The mountain stands firm as a mountain. The mountain radiates patience as it forms into itself. As you stand atop this mountain, think of the patience of the ascension. Think of your determination. We do not stand on top of the mountain for the world to see us, but we stand on top of the mountain to see the world. Think of an intention. Take a pen, knife, or marker & write it on a stone. Lay that intention at the top of the mountain.
Begin the descent. Climb down the mountain. Feel the easiness of your return. Open your eyes. Think of your intention. Let’s return there.
Each thought, word, and deed becomes an act of awareness as I remain centred in my own being.
The Third Eye has become a symbol of enlightenment, usually associated with visions, chakras, out of body experiences and other spiritual occurrences. Most traditions teach that the Third Eye is located in the middle of the forehead just above the eyebrows. Some beliefs say that the Third Eye is connected to the Pineal Gland. I’ll get into that at another time. I believe that the Third Eye is a gateway to higher consciousness that can be achieved through meditation.
This meditation video does not contain any subliminal messages. It does contain binaural beats that are calibrated to specific frequencies that have been observed during period of intense meditation and spiritual experiences. The frequencies start low, and entrain the brainwaves to patterns seen during meditation. Slowly the frequencies cycle up to more intense binaural beat patterns. These more intense patterns entrain the brainwaves to patterns observed in people who have claimed to utilize their Third Eye.
Get into a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed for an hour. Headphones are required. As you start the video, follow the instructions you see on the screen. As you begin your meditation, focus on allowing your Third Eye to open with knowledge and light.

“The path of inner peace leads me to rejoice in life as it is perfect and complete.”
Life is a Sacred Temple and WE are its sacred prayers …

Finding my creativity, opens the gates through which I step into awareness, where I am focused, concentrated, and fully present in this moment.

Inner emptiness, often creates a need to fill up on food, work, sex, alcohol, drugs, or something else. Being with the feelings of emptiness, observing and embracing them, leads to sublime fullness. In the fullness are Peace, Love and Wholeness.

Helping others, not from my own neediness, but with an unconditional desire to give, I feel deeply fulfilled.

Here we are in the last month of the year and what a year it has been! This month, however, may prove to be a challenge for many with the misunderstanding of the winter solstice Dec. 21st. In this year, a lot of changes have already occurred in many ways, now it’s the full rotation of change coming to its completion.
During this month, call upon Archangel Raphael. He is here to help you through this time and to heal away your fears, worries, and concerns. Archangel Raphael, whose name means, “God Heals”, is here to shower you with his green light energy of abundance, healing and movement.
Healing comes in many forms. Whether physical, energetic, or spiritual, Raphael helps you on all levels. During this month call upon him to guide you with visions, signs, and messages and make sure to pay close attention to your surroundings after you ask. These signs will come in different forms such as songs, words in a passing conversation, and those unexpected things that pop up out of the blue. Dreams are also a good way to receive these things so please do your best to recall your dreams. A simple way is to keep a pad of paper with pen, or a recorder, next to your bed, and upon waking from you dream, take note of keys parts of the dream that will help you recall the full dream later. Upon deciphering your dream, you will see the message unfold. If you don’t know how to do this, seek out a person who does dream interpretation, like myself, to help you uncover the messages within your dreams.
With this month in 2015, understand it’s a shift of energy and conscious comprehension. Time for old ways to float away and for the veil to be lifted. It’s time to allow what was once thought to be so unbelievable, to be believable! Allow yourself to entertain ideas that you normally would not. Be optimistic and move with the momentum that is already there. Archangel Raphael will help bring forth what it is you need to address and let go and will also guide you to the learning that you need, helping you become more understanding.
Prayer/Mantra: Archangel Raphael, help me move through this time with ease and grace. Teach me how to understand what is happening around me and guide positive people into my path who can help me. I release all that does not serve me any longer and embrace what does. Thank you, Amen

When thoughts of worry and anxiety arise, I observe the thoughts and refocus my mind. I come back to the present moment. Fully present in the moment, worry, and anxiety dissolve.

Meditation is something that we’re constantly being encouraged to use. Every self-help guru, every highly successful individual and even many athletes trumpet its many benefits and the research too seems to back-up its value.
So why don’t more people practice it?
The main problem for most of us is that it’s really rather daunting, obtuse and complicated. Meditation is ultimately about reaching enlightenment and an inner peace right? Sounds a bit heavy for a Friday evening!
The real question for many people then is where to start. This article will provide you with a good starting point and help you with your first meditative experience. From there, you should feel a little more confident to try it again in future…
Some Tips to Begin With
The first tip is to set yourself a timer for 10 minutes. 10 minutes is a short enough amount of time that most of us will be able to fit it into our busy schedules and by setting an alarm you prevent yourself from having to keep checking the clock to see how much longer you have – this is not conducive to meditation as you might imagine.
The next tip is to sit comfortably in a chair or cross legged. You don’t want to lie down for fear of falling asleep but you should be comfortable.
Focus
The next thing you’re going to do is to focus. This can mean focusing on your breath, or repeating a mantra (a word of your choice) over and over. This will be your ‘anchor’ and you will come back to this whenever your mind starts to wander.
If you struggle with these anchors, another option is to watch a flame. Lighting a candle and watching it can be a surprisingly effective form of meditation.
Just ‘Be’
Now just ‘be’ for 10 minutes. The mistake many people make here is to try and force themselves to have a ‘still mind’ devoid of thoughts. This is almost impossible for a beginner and will lead to nothing but stress.
Instead, we’ll take the mindfulness approach of simply letting the mind wander. When it does, make a note of it and simply focus back on your anchor. This removes the stress and gives you a safe environment in which to practice directing your attention inwards. The same goes for itching and coughing – just let it happen and then return.
Try to repeat this three times a week for a couple of months and see what happens… You’ll be glad you did!

Live your truth, your beauty, and your goodness. No one else can live it for you.
