In exploring the deeper meanings of this, we all go through mini deaths (changes) after which we are reborn, in our lives. We can choose to suffer the material losses that inevitably come from such processes, or we can keep focused on the Divine, higher aspect of ourselves, or that which we call God, and maintain our inner peace, despite the challenges from the material world around us.
